Tenho um HD de 1TB dividido em C'&D',Quando tento acessar D', trava o computador. E meu computador esta demorando 10 minutos para ligar. O que devo fazer?

Eu liguei um Hd no qual estava o win7, para formatar o winxp, formatei. Porem desde então meu HD q é 1Tb, é, dividido em 2 unidades sendo C' & D' vem dando problemas. Além de demorar aproximadamente de 10 A 15 minutos para iniciar, quando tento acessar a unidade D' o computador trava, some a tela desktop  e depois volta, e isso demora muito, até eu poder voltar a mexer novamente no computador. Minha placa mãe é a MSI 945AA. O que devo fazer para corrigir o problema? E não perder todos os dados que se encontram na unidade D?
