Como acionar os atalhos do teclado no notebook?

Meu not não obedece mais os comandos de atalho do teclado. Por exemplo, faço ctrl -c  e ctrl -v , não funciona, tambem não consigo colocar o @ ai tenho que usar o teclado virtual....por favor preciso de ajuda urgente. meu not é Acer aspire 4736z uso o windows 7 start
