GTA 4 dando lag nas teclas W S A D

Question

Tenho GTA 4 original e meu PC ta dentro das recomendações de hardware do jogo, só que quando aperto as teclas w s a d e um lag pra cada aperto se eu aperta sem parar qualquer uma dessas e ele praticamente para, queria saber se alguém conhece alguma configuração pra acabar com isso.
Rodo ele com um AMD Phenom II X4 3.4 Black, ATI HD5670 1 GB, 4GB memória Dual Chanel, Fonte 680W e Win7.
Não tenho problema com qualquer jogo instalado no meu PC só com o GTA4.
