comprei um pc usado q esta bloqueado pelo administrador e fica pedindo senha. como faço pra desbloquear se ele nao me deu a senha?

Tenho um pc que é usado e quando eu tento entrar pede senha e login do administrador. Não tenho mais contato com o vendedor. Existe alguma forma de resolver isso pelo prompt de comando ou qualquer outra forma? Por favor me ajudem!
