Alguém sabe me dizer o que está acontecendo com meu PC?

Todas as vezes em que eu tento instalar o SO ocorre um erro e é mostrada uma mensagem no monitor.

Já mudei de memória RAM e continua ocorrendo o erro. Já pus um outro HD com SO instalado, a máquina inicia normalmente, porém se eu formatar este HD e tenter instalar novamente, a mensagem volta a aparecer.
