Como faço pra entrar no modo de segurança da máquina sem ser pelo f8 ? Pois com o F8 não entra!

Meu note deu o seguinte erro! Não sei o que fazer porque ao tentar entrar com o F8 (modo de segurança) não entra. Toda vez que ligo aparece essa mensagem... IMAGE LOADING FAILURE. RELOAD IMAGE... O note é  da Philco e o sistema operacional é o windows 7 basic. Sou advogada e tenho arquivos importantes na máquina e não posso perde-los, e outra, não posso pedir para técnicos arrumarem pelo fato de que nessa máquina tenho arquivos sigilosos... ME AJUDEM, POR FAVOOOOOOR!
