Ajuda para configurar conexão 3G no Notebbok

Oi gente, comprei um Notebook ACER E1 471 6627 e já tenho o Modem Huawei E220 porem não consigo fazer a configuração para poder usar. Se alguem puder me passar como fazer agradeço, estranho pois tambem tenho o serviço da TIM que uso no Pc e tentei no Note sem sucesso, ou seja nem 1 nem outro dão certo...Achei que fosse fazer meus trabalhos da Faculdade nesses feriados e estou aqui querendo cometer HARAKIRI...SOCORROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO me ajudem por favor, tenho serviço via Modem da TIM E DA VIVO.
