Retornar ao android antigo

Question

atualizai recentemente o android do meu galaxy note do 2.3 para o 4.0,mas apesar de ter lido em posts que poderia me arrepender foi o que aconteceu resultando em um aparelho muito mais pesado e esquentando demais,enfim gostaria de saber se tem como desfazer e retornar para o android original o 2.3 retornei ao padrao de fabrica mas nao resolveu,talvez um full reset sei la alguem pode me ajudar? ou talvez uma dica para que ele fique mais leve em geral?grato!!!
