quando reinicio o computador ele apaga arquivos de sistema

Quando termino de formatar meu pc que reinicio ele começa a dar erros e vai apagando partes do sistema ate não ligar mais.
Jatentei win xp win 7 e win 8 todos dão erros e acabam não funcionando,
no caso do xp quando fui formatar de novo o hd estava zerado como se tivesse saido da fabrica sem nada
não entendo parece erro no HD mas ele não trava na hora de formatar e criar partição e nem da erro na instalação e somente depois que termino de colocar o sistema mesmo que da erro depois de reiniciar umas duas vezes.
