Meu notebook não incia, não aparece o user pra colocar a senha!!!!

Ontem, desliguei o notebook certinho, já hoje fui ligar e apareceu RECUPERAÇÃO DE ERRO WINDOWS! com duas opções: Iniciar reparo de inicialização (recomendado) e a outra Iniciar o Windows Normalmente; Apertei enter no recomendado, só que, a tela fica preta, depois de alguns minutos fica azul, mais não INICIA, não aparece o USER, fica a tela azul por muito tempo e nadaaaaaaaaa! O QUE DEVO FAZER????
