meu ultrabook da acer, do nada ficou com a tela preta, só o mouse visível. Já tentei abrir o modo d segurança, mas eh inútil. Como resolver isso s/ formatar? Não posso instalar arquivos.

Começou qd desliguei ele, a tela icou escura, mas consegui desliga-lo apertando o botão d desligamento. No outro dia qd liguei ele não quis mais mostrar imagem alguma. Sei q ele me responde, mas não consigo fazer nada sem ver a tela! Não adianta pedir p/ instalar programas p/ resolver, pois ele não sai dessa tela escura, mesmo. Tem alguma forma d resolver isso sem precisar formatar ou instalar programas? Isso foi repentino e não pude me precaver.

P.S.: Há umas duas a três semanas instalei (s/ querer) um programa chamado "Astromenda", desde então meu ultra funciona normalmente, apenas a net icou ruim e mts vezes o plugin não respondia (chrome). Reiniciei todos os meus navegadores, dpois disso desliguei o not e deu no q deu. D toda forma eu quero tirar esse programa o mais rápido possível, o problema eh q com o pc cego eu fico d mãos atadas.
