Erro Critico Kernel - Power

A algumas semanas atras nos meus 2 PCS aqui com o Windows 7 estava acontecendo esse erro critico de Kernel - Power que fazia com que o PC travasse totalmente. andei lendo em alguns foruns e vi que se tratava de drives de audio em duplicata (ou seja existia 2 drives diferentes de audio do Windows) desativei a hibernacao do Windows 7 pois achava que se tratava da Hibernacao. fiz isso nos 2 PCs. ontem estava no MSN e simplesmente apareceu uma tela azul com alguns dizeres que nao sei quais foram. no final do ano passado em dezembro mandei o meu PC para fazer uma limpeza geral pois estava esquentando e travando ao mesmo tempo. depois que peguei ele da limpeza ele passou a travar mas demorou um pouco para que isso acontecesse. mas acontece raramente mas acontece. e toda vez tenho que desligar e ligar de novo. o que poderia esta causando isso?
