Meu notebook liga ate o bem vindo e depois fica na tela azul oque fazer?

Meu notebook e da positivo , windowns 7 eu ligo ele e ele chega ate a proteção de tela e depois vai ate o bem vindo ai clico em OK para entrar pq não tem senha e ele fica em uma tela toda azul , e não tem nada escrito fica apenas azul , já tentei CD windows XP, mais o CD não lê já cliquei mil vezes f8 & f11 afinal todos os (F's) e não sai da tela azul. Oque eu posso ta fazendo para resolver
