Olá, comprei um notebook de um cara pela internet, ele veio com Windows 10 instalado. Tentei restaurar o PC aos padrões de fábrica pra excluir todos os arquivos do antigo proprietário, no entanto constou erro no processo, apareceu uma mensagem dizendo que nada havia sido modificado e posteriormente surgiram algumas opções na tela, eu cliquei em uma semelhante a "sair e retornar ao Windows 10" e desde então o computador não inicia, ele liga, mostra logotipo da Asus, a tela escurece e ele reinicia, isso acontece indefinidas vezes enquanto o notebook estiver ligado. Tem como recuperar?
