Galera, meu windows não quer iniciar, eu ligo o pc, aparece a logo do windows, e na hora de aparecer o "Bem Vindo", a tela fica preta, apenas com o cursor do mouse aparecendo, já esperei algumas horas para ver se inicia, e nada... Já iniciei com o modo de segurança e continua a mesma, oq seria? Help!!!!
