Teclado e mouse USB não reconhecidos na tela de instalação do Win 7, e não possui entrada PS2

Question

Comprei um computador para poder usar em casa e quero instalar um programa nele que só funciona em Windows 7. Tenho o iso original, (peguei direto do site da microsoft, original mesmo), formatei o pendrive e tornei ele bootável, coloquei os arquivos do Windows 7 nele, tudo certo. Porém, o computador simplesmente trava na tela de escolher o idioma e teclado na tela de instalação do Windows 7 Pro, não reconhece o mouse e teclado. Já revirei a BIOS inteira do computador procurando um jeito de fazer ele reconhecer teclado e mouse USB, mas nada funciona. Meu computador é um All In One da HP, logo, não tem entradas PS2.
Já tentei de tudo e realmente não sei o que fazer, alguém aí teve o mesmo problema e pode me ajudar? Não encontrei a resposta ainda em lugar algum na internet, alguém ajuda ;-;
