Meu PC desliga quando jogo qualquer jogo! O que fazer?

Olá!

Meu computador funciona normalmente para tarefas básicas, mas ao rodar algum jogo, depois de poucos minutos ele simplesmente desliga! Já limpei as placas e deixei o gabinete aberto para ventilar com medo de ser super-aquecimento mas não adiantou. O que mais pode ser?

Usei o SIW (system information for windows) para ver as temperaturas:

Uso Normal: (Google Chrome, Torrent, etc.)
