A OI e a VIVO não sabem informar nada a respeito, O modem e o celular só voltam a funcionar, vários minutos depois do retorno da energia elétrica, mas o telefone fixo pode levar muito mais tempo, até horas.
Aguém já observou esse problema? Só notei, pois os apagões têm sido constantes e, coincidentemente, momentos antes do uso do modem. Quanto ao celular, só notei, ao tentar ligar para a AMPLA para notificar o apagão.
Nessas ocasiões, fico sem luz, internet, celular e telefone fixo!
