Como resolver ? " URGENTE "

Eae , estou com um pc do cliente onde a placa mae é Pc Chip M8616 (v3.1) , e esta dando o seguinte problema:

- Ele nao inicia o windows
- Quando eu coloco pra entrar na bios ele aparece duas mensagens mto rapidas que nao da pra ler e entra.
-Se nao entrat na bios ele aparece essa tela:
Press <shift+tab> to display network boot option menu.
* quando apperto shift+tab aparece : *
press (r) key to boot from rfl
press (p) key to boot from pxc
press any other key to boot from local timeout 8 seconds

quando deixo ele continua ele aparece a tela
reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key
* qunado aperto (r) *
- aperte home para local drive -> da na da na mesma tela.
* quando perto (p)*
aparece :
