notebook amazon performance l 105 não liga

Pessoal ha 04 anos sou tecnico de informatica tenho encontrado muitos pepinos + tenho mi dado bem , mais eu peguei um notebook da Amazon PC Perfomance L 105. q tem mi tirado o folego.
Olha eu ligo a fonte nele aperto o botão do power ele acende o led + com 4 segundos ele si desliga por si propio ñ dar video e nem o cooler do processador ñ liga ja testei um monte de coisas nele + tudo ok
como bateria, fonte com voltagem certa, etc
O que sera que esse negocio tem qual sera o defeito dele ???
alguem q domina a area mi responde
