Meu hd é reconhecido pelo pc, mas quando clico prá abrir ele trava o explorer e não abre.

Meu pc reconhecia meus hds externos agora está dando problema. Já troquei a letra do drive e deu certo com um dos hds, mas com o outro não. Eu coloco o HD, aparece a mensagem que esse dispositivo pode ser mais rápido. Troquei a letra do HD em Meu computador>>>gerenciar>>>trocar letra de drive. Ele aparece em meu computador agora, mas quando clico ele trava o e xplorer e não abre o HD. Preciso muito recuperar os dados dele.
