Por que algumas contas de e-mail não possuem caixa de entrada, excluidos, enviados etc no Mocrosoft Outlook 2010?

Tenho 6 contas com o provedor Terra. Duas delas estão normais. As outras 4 não possuem caixa de entrada, excluídos, enviados etc. Por que? Já exclui essas contas, reiniciei o computador, criei novamente com novas senhas. Só obtive uma lista que repete várias vezes cada uma das 4 contas de e-mail na lista que aparece à esquerda, sem as respectivas caixas de entrada, excluidos etc e não consigo receber nem enviar e-mails dessas 4 contas. Isso ocorre no meu computador novo com Windows 7 e Office 2010. No meu computador antigo, tudo continua funcionando normal. Os dois computadores estão em rede, mas uso-os separadamente.
