Computador trava mesmo após formatar

Computador trava do nada, muitas vezes antes do sistema (Windows 7) iniciar é preciso resetar, já troquei pasta térmica do processador, experimentei outros pentes de memória, ligar sem placas offboard, tentei outro HD, formatei com XP e Windows 7, resetei a BIOS e nada adiantou, o que fazer ?

Um detalhe que talvez possar ser útil, o barramento de memória nº 1 quando coloco um pente de memória nele o pc não liga.
