Menu iniciar em inglês. Quero em português!

quando clico em iniciar no windows 7 algumas abas aparecem em inglês, como: Documents, music, pictures.
Clico em pictures e na barra de navegação aparece tudo inglês ,assim:
Recently Changed,RecentPlaces... COMO faço pra colok em português?
