Quando faço qualquer download, a "Verificação de Segurança" do IE impede que o programa seja baixado

Boa tarde, estou tentando baixar o Mizila Firefox no www.baixaki.com,
como em outros programas que tambem tentei baixar, um pouco depois do download iniciar, aparece que está fazendo a verificação de segurança. Em seguida o download para e aparece a seguinte mensagem: " Este programa não é muito baixado e pode danificar o computador" (O mozila está no top10 de downloas do baixaki).

Eu gostaria de saber se tem como desabilitar essa verificação de segurança para eu poder baixar outro navegador.
