ae povo uma duvida podem me ajudar pf? eu sei q a pergunta pode ser besta d+ pra alguns mas eu nao sou nenhum expert em informatica... quero saber se o nº de IP influencia em alguma coisa na velocidade da conexao e tals... pq eu tenho essa impressao q dependendo do IP q pego, a velocidade ta um pouco mais rapida ou mais lenta...
