Meu PC tá com a tela toda preta, os ícones não aparecem, eu conseguir entrar na Internet através do Gerenciador de Tarefas. Por favor, alguém pode me ajudar a solucionar esse problema?

Bom, eu estava tentando modificar meu Windows 7 através de um tutorial no You Tube, mas aí eu fui mexer em um negocio chamado Orbs, algo assim, mas ai a desapareceu tudo, tentei reiniciar em diferentes formas ( Modo de Segurança, Prompt de Comando, Normalmente ) sem sucesso. Aí então, eu comecei ir no Gerenciador de Tarefas, fui em Arquivos e Executar, fui em procurar, e conseguir acessar a internet pra fazer essa pergunta. Por favor, alguém tem como me ajudar?
