Como mudar a placa de video onboard para offboard ?

Meu notebook Dell funcionava muito bem , utilizando a placa de video onboard AMD Radeon , mas depois que mandei formatar ele só esta ultilizando a off , da Intel... Já fui no gerenciador e lá diz que as duas estãos ativivadas. Alguém pode me ajudar ?
