Como faço para abrir meu hd externo. Nenhuma máquina reconhece ele. Ele não caiu no chão. A unica coisa que aconteceu é que eu desconectei ele do meu pc sem fazer o processo do "parar".

- Lembrando que a letra "j" no meu caso era a unidade em estava o meu HD Externo
