Notebook Gateway não inicializa o Windows e fica reiniciando

Question

Meu nootebook não inicializa o Windows.
O erro acontece da seguinte forma:

Pressiono o botão para inicializar. O PC inicializa, aparece a marca na tela que no caso é o Gateway. Após isso, vejo que o símbolo do HD apaga e o pc nem inicializa o Windows, repetindo sempre a mesma tela.
Enquanto ele aparece essa tela de abertura do Gateway, abaixo parece pressione f2, só que como ele reinicializa logo após não da nem tempo.

Ocorre que ele sempre volta depois normal, ou seja, está funcionando quando quer!

* Já formatei, peguei sexta (19/12).
* Testamos o HD e está 100% e sem erros.

Alguém sabe como resolver o problema?
