tenho windows 8.1, notebook dell inspiron 14 (3443) e comprei um mouse da marca kmex ML-R135, usb, e quando plugo ele na porta usb 3.0 do pc ele funciona mas de tempos em tempos ele trava fica uns 4 segundos travado e depois volta ao normal. ja atualizei os drivers das portas usb, incluse particionei o hd e instalei outro windows e mesmo assim nada, ja testei outros mouses no meu notebook e eles funcionaram normalmente e ja testei esse mouse da kmex em outros pc's e ele tambem funcionou sem esse problema. ja nao sei mais o que fazer
