fiz o comando e apareceu a frase: "o arquivo ou pasta esta corrimpido ou ilegivel. que fazer?

tenho um hd de 1 tb e algumas pastas sumiram, pelo que verifiquei elas continuam lá mas estao ocultas, talvez por um antivirus. segui o conselho de uma postagem deste site e usei o comando:  attrib -s -h -r /s /d, mas apareceu a mensagem: o arquivo ou pasta esta corrompido ou ilegivel e logo abaixo acesso negado ao E;. que devo fazer?
