Meu notebook (HP) liga, mas trava mt nada funciona nem o gerenciador de tarefas, q tb trava! Ontem deixei cair, mas continuei usando normal durante umas 3 hrs. Alguém sabe oq fazer?

Já tentei de o gerenciador de tarefas, tirar a bateria (vai que...) e tbm pressionai F8 na tentativa de acessar algum painel de segurança. A única coisa de que preciso são os arquivos, pois há mts trabalhos de pesquisa nele. Nenhum comando dá certo. Se tiver sido o HD, tem como recuperar pelo menos os dados? Não me lembro de vírus, foi do nada: estava usando, mesmo após a queda, salvei um arquivo e deliguei, quando liguei novamente, puft! Trava tudo! É um notebook HP, processador intel icore5.
