Bios reconhece hd mas windows não inicia

Question

O computador liga mas n inicia o windows, quando vou na bios o notebook reconhece o hd, tudo certinho, ja restaurei config de fábrica e nada do pc inicar o OS, fica só reiniciando e não tenho cd do windows, a máquina é uma samsung r440, como faz pra usar recovery? Ou pra restaurar o sistema windows através da bios?
