Placa de Video esquentando muito e reinicia o pc com jogo pesado

Estou com The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, porém jogo pouco mais de 20 minutos e o pc reinicia sozinho, estou suspeitando da placa de video, ontem fiz uma limpeza no pc, mas não adiantou, alguma sugestão não sei mais o que fazer.
