não sei o que aconteceu com meu notebook!

Olá!eu tenho um notebook da Toshiba e ele apresentou problemas a alguns tempos atrás.eu ligo ele porém,na tela de apresentação do Windows que faz o loading do Windows (Windows 7),não aparece nem o símbolo do Windows,aparece uma barrinha de carregamento meio amarelada e entra em uma tela do Windows em inglês.fiquei com medo de apertar qualquer tecla e apagar as coisas q tem nele pois,tenho arquivos importantes que nao podem ser apagados.por favor me ajude!obrigado
