Problemas com a Gigabyte R9 270 (não é a X)

Boa noite!!
Tenho a Seguinte configuração: Mobo: Ga-Z77x-UD3H, 8 GB de Memória DDR 1600MHz, Fonte: Thermaltake TR2 600W, Processador: Intel 3570k
Recentemente adquiri uma R9 270 da Gigabyte modelo: GV-R927OC-2GD e estou com o seguinte problema:
1 - Ela é reconhecida por qualquer sistema operacional, sem problemas.
2 - Com esta VGA plugada e com o meu monitor (DVI) plugado nela, o sistema dá boot, porém não inicia no modo gráfico.
2.1 - Sem esta VGA plugada e usando o vídeo onboard o sistema boota e inicia o modo gráfico.
2 - Ela não é reconhecida no GPU-Z no Windows 10, no Windows 7 chega a reconhecê-la.
3 - Ela não funciona com nenhum Drive da AMD, da versão 15.7 pra frente. Toda vez que tento instalar o drive com ela plugada o sistema operacional trava.
 
O que pode está acontecendo??
