Notebook não inicia, teclado não responde e tela preta

Boa noite.
Meu notebook é o 500p da Samsung e ele não está iniciando o sistema quando eu ligo. Já tentei iniciar sem bateria e vários outros procedimentos, porém nenhum deu resultado. Ao ligar, ele não mostra nada e fica numa tela preta, sendo que nem o LED do teclado do caps lock responde quando eu clico. Uma única vez que deixei o notebook ligado por mais de 2 horas, ele chegou na tela da Samsung porém também não conseguiu passar de lá e agora aparentemente nem nesta tela está chegando. Seria talvez algum componente interno que deu defeito? Como eu poderia testar?
