Meu Windows 10 nao inicia. A reparacao nao funciona, nao entra em modo de segurança. Se dou boot, so consigo entrar no sistema op. Anterior. O que fazer? Nao tenho ponto de restauracao!

Meu computador nao inicia, não, nenhuma das opções da solucao de problemas funciona! Nem utilizar a versao anterior instalada. Acessei pelo outro hd, o sistema operacional que estava inativo, mas nao consigo fazer backup. Nao quero oerder o windows 10.  Como faço? Me ajudem, sou usuaria comum, entendo um pouco, mas se tiver um passo a passo, consigo numa boa.
