qual a temperatura ideal que meu processador tem que ficar?

seguinte pessoal meu pc ficava numa temperatura de 18 a 22ºC

isso sem ta jogando! mais agora ele fica entre 37 a 40ºC

olha só eu tava usando um dissipador de calor da deepcool quando ele ficava na primeira temperatura que sitei... depois de um tempo, a mesma começou a aumentar e percebi que a base do dissipador estava com irregularidades bem visíveis a olho nú, ou seja, vc poderia sentir as estrias,ranhuras etc, entre o cobre e o metal do dissipador, e  a pasta térmica tb não ajudava pois a mesma era de qualidade inferior, resolvi substituir o dissipador por um da pcyes KZ1 ele é bem parecido com o da deepcool mais a superfície dele ta bem reta... visivelmente vc não percebe irregularidades... e tb comprei uma pasta térmica da deepcool Z3, e agora o processador fica na temperatura de 37 a 40ºC gostaria de saber se é normal essa temperatura sendo que não tÔ jogando para que ele chegue a mesma...

placa mãe Asrok  N68-GS4 FX

processador AMD FX-4300

placa de vídeo gigabyte R7 360 GDDR5 2 GB (obs não estou usando a mesma no momento pois está em manutenção...)
