Coloco a senha no notebook, e depois so fica carregando, aí pede a senha de novo e nunca inicia

boa noite. Há alguns dias notei que meu notebook windows 10 não está iniciando corretamente. Eu ligo, coloco a senha, ele fica carregando (nao mostra "bem-vindo", apenas uma bolinha girando) e depois pede a senha novamente sem entrar no windows. tento reiniciar e acontece de novo isso. Por favor ajudem, não posso formatá-lo.
Obs.: Ontem aconteceu isso, mas eu reiniciei, pressionei F11 ate pedir a senha e apareceu "bem-vindo" normalmente. porem agora isso nao funciona
