plcaca mãe com chipset 970 da gargalo nos FX de 8 núcleos

seguinte... comprei uma placa mãe asrock  ATX 970A-G/3.1 DDR3
 
pra combinar com meu FX 8300 porem estou com problema de desempenho... tipo quando ligo o pc ele demora muito pra iniciar... e quando entrar na tela do windows tenho que esperar mais uns minutos pra poder acessar a net, as pastas etc.... eu havia comprado outras duas placas mãe... porem com chipset inferior ao dessa asrock... e o pc estava com o mesmo problema... obs: depois de alguns minutos o pc acessa normal.. mais na hora que vc ligar e quer uma resposta mais rápida ele não atende as necessidades...

gostaria de saber se essa placa pode  está com defeito ou se ela não suporta meu FX 8300? pois no site do fabricante fala que suporta até os FX mais potentes... como o 8350 e 9XXX

por que então como o meu ela está com esse problema?

há e não é HD ficando ruim.. pois o meu HD é novo e mesmo assim passei ele no HD tune..  ficou 6 horas em teste... e não apresentou problemas..
