Formatei meu PC pelo pendrive, mas o windows tenta iniciar e cai na tela preta "iniciar normalmente" ou "modo de segurança" (o processo se repete o tempo todo). O que pode ser e como resolver?

Formatei meu notebook da POSITIVO Windows 8.1, com Windows 7 através de um pendrive bootavel. No final da formatação, quando o PC reinicia, tenta carregar o windows, mas trava e cai numa tela preta onde tenho as opções de iniciar em Modo de Segurança (três dessa opção) e iniciar o windows normalmente. Quando coloco pra iniciar normalmente, ele repete o mesmo processo: tenta carregar, não carrega e volta na tela preta. É um ciclo!

Era Windows 8.1 e coloquei o 7, mas não consigo fazer as configurações iniciais porque o Windows não carrega.

Alguém já teve esse problema e poderia me ajudar a resolver?
