Problema ao inicializar o linux, diz que está corrompido

Olá pessoal, hoje quando cheguei no trabalho o notei que o servidor estava mostrando a seguinte informação:

Sou novo no linux e é a primeira vez que esse problema me ocorre.

Já rodou o fsck sugerido na retorno do erro?
Rode e veja....essa midia dev/sda1 é um HD externo? Se sim, deplugue ele e inicie o servidor, depois que o servidor iniciar, volte a conectar ela, assim vc poderá recuperar a mídia sem impactos pelo servidor desligado.
