Notebook dell não liga sem primeiro colocar na tomada, apos ligar retiro da tomada e ele funciona normal.

Boa tarde Pessoal, estou com um problema no meu DELL, quando tento ligar ele sem estar na tomada ele não liga não da sinal de nada como se tivesse sem energia, porém quando coloco ele na tomada ele liga e se eu retirar da tomada ele continua ligado até durar a bateria.

O problema esta na hora de ligar, não liga sem primeiro colocar na tomada.
