Não consigo rodar programa pelo rdp do server 2016

Question

Tenho um programa da empresa nasajon e faço acesso pelo rdp (area de trabalho remota) do windows e o programa simplesmente não gera relatórios, aparece a seguinte mensagem: "violação de acesso no endereço 00A31055 no modulo contabil.exe. ler no endereço" -

ja pesquisei em mtos foruns e não encontrei nada, e o mais engraçado que faço o login fisicamente no servidor usando o meu usuário e o programa funciona perfeitamente! Já adicionei todas as permissões na pasta que esta na unidade C: e mesmo assim não consigo pelo rdp. E se eu fizer acesso remoto pelo anydesk ou teamviewer tbem funciona, consigo tirar relatórios -

Estou usando o server 2016 e ele estava com politica de grupo, removi todas as permissões e criei usuários locais do tipo administrador e mesmo assim só perdi tempo -

obs: somos varios usuários por isso não da pra usar programas de acesso remoto tipo anydesk, o ideal seria area de trabalho remota do windows, mas nada faz o programa funcionar -
