A opção ALTERAR USUARIO sumiu do menu inciar, como concertar ?

Quando tento ALTERAR O USUÁRIO , no menu iniciar, a opção que aparece é FAZER LOGOFF  / BLOQUEAR / REINICIAR / SUSPENDER E IBERNAR.

Desta maneira toda vez que tenho que alterar o usuário, na verdade tenho que fechar todos os arquivos que estou usando para que o outro usuário possa usar o PC.

Por favor alguém pode me ajudar ?

Quero agradecer ao ZERO e ao ADEMILSON por tentarem me ajudar, mas ainda não deu pra consertar, acho que vou ter de ficar sem a opção de ALTERAR USUÁRIO.  Mas se vcs souberem de outra coisa que eu possa fazer me informem, ficarei muito grato.

No meu dvd player, já notei que não a só problemas de incompatibilidade de formatos, mais sempre que uso o pendrive em formato NTFS o dvd player tem mais trabalho para realizar a leitura dos arquivos.

Ou sejá quando quero usar algo no dvd eu sempre uso em "FAT32" e quando quero usar apenas no PC uso em NTFS.

Não sei se vai aparecer... mas tenta ai..

Botão direito na barra iniciar > Propriedades > (ABA) Menu 'Iniciar' > Personalizar..

dai vai ter em baixo algumas opções:

"Opções avançadas do menu 'Iniciar'"

Procure e veja se ai tem algo como alternar usuários...
