Pentiun 4 duo core ou celeron 430

Amigos,,rodava win xp com Celeron 430 1 nucleo 1.8 G,,tava bom mas recente fiz a troca por Pentiun 4 dual core 2.66 G,,porem o desempenho nao mudou muito,,reparei  no Celeron 430 q o consumo é de 60nm,,e o Pentiun é de 90nm,,,sera que compensa ficar com o pentiun 4 ou Celeron 430? o consumo é muito diferente 1 p/ o outro? visitei varios topicos o pessoal falam mal de ambos,, gostaria de saber vantagens,prejuisos,rendimentos,,enfim algo mais detalhado para que eu possa fazer a escolha certa sei que ambos sao terriveis para aplicaçoes pesadas,,resumindo uso este pc só para net e baixar alguns arquivos,,alguem pode por favor indicar qual o MELHOR ou MENOS  PIOR?
