Como restaurar o Grub do Mandriva 2011 depois de instalar o Rwindow$ 7??

É o seguinte galera: Tinha em meu Note o Mandriva 2011 e quis instalar o Rwindows 7 . Só que depois de instalar o windows o menu do grub desapareceu (já sabia das consequências). Por (burrice) ingenuidade minha, fui tentar restaurá-lo da mesma forma que no Ubuntu e adivinhem....  Nada feitoo...OMG kkkkkk lol lol
Por isso que tô aqui pedindo, mais uma vez, a ajuda de vocês do Guia do Pc respostas!!
