Conexão Wi-Fi super lenta, como resolver?

Possuo um notebook Dell Vostro e um router D-Link 524, além de conexão GVT 10Mb. Quando conecto meu notebook na rede wireless, ele não atinge além de 200k, não sei por que. Se entro na configuração do router e mudo o "channel" do Wi-Fi ele alcança 10Mb tranquilamente; porém, com o tempo, ele retorna aos 150k.

Não entendo por que.... No desktop a conexão não flutua, é estável a 10Mb...
